    Booking a photo booth or other photo service from us is easy. Simply follow the three steps below to get your rental locked in. Have questions or concerns? Drop us a line or send a text/call to 573-673-0319

  • We will hold your request for up to 48 hours. If you need more time, please let us know


    STEP 2


    If we've confirmed your requested rental time, we'll email a rental agreement PDF to you to fill out on your computer. Save it and email it back to us or fax back to 866.792.0085


    STEP 3


    After we receive your booking request, we'll send you an online invoice so you can pay your deposit or full balance at your leisure.

    COMMON QUESTIONS: Q & A

    • WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? Payment is due after signing of the rental agreement. Easiest is for us to send an online invoice and you can pay with any major credit card securely online.
    • I NEED TO SUBMIT A PO OR MAIL A CHECK Not a problem. Just let us know how long we need to hold your date and we'll keep yours locked in until payment arrives.
    • HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT? The deposit is generally half the overall balance due. (Example: a $650 booking deposit is $325). If you need to split the payment into other amounts, just let us know. If the event date is within one month of rental, we'll ask you to submit payment in full
    • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? Online invoice can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks and money orders. On occasion we may accept other forms of payment such as business trade, VenMo, direct bank transfer/wire, or cash. Please let us know ahead of time if you prefer to pay a non-standard method.
    • WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE? We ask that remaining balances are paid within a week of your event date. If the remaining balance due must be another time, or different method, let us know and we'll be more than happy to work with you!
