-
How much is the deposit? The deposit is usually half the overall balance. If you need to split differently, let us know and we'll accommodate
-
Do you provide a photo booth attendant on-site?Yes, each event has a photographer or booth attendant
-
Do you have such and such date available?Go through the rental process and see if it's available. Most likely it is as we can handle multiple events on the same day. If not, still let us know and we can see what we can figure out

HOW BIG IS THE EVENT PHOTO SETUP?The setup size is flexible with the event photo setup. It can be condensed to fit into a 6' x 8' space with a photographers backdrop or we can setup a large photography setup with the Red Wall backdrop. Contact us and we can discuss setup size for your particular event
-
CAN THIS PHOTO BOOTH BE USED OUTDOORS?Yes it can. This is the preferred method for outdoor events in that there isn't a privacy curtain to blow in the wind. The backdrop can be setup taught to withstand some wind conditions. It cannot be used in direct rain, however, we can also setup under a tent or covered space. The Red Wall can not be used in outdoor events.
-
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN FRONT OF THE EVENT PHOTO SETUP?With the event photo setup, we can fit very large groups in front of the camera! The only limitation is essentially the backdrop size.
-
HOW MANY PRINTS DOES IT PRINT?With the Event Photo setup, we have the ability to print multiple copies. We'll make copies for everyone if time allows. More prints does slow down photo-taking time
-
WHAT DOES IT NEED TO OPERATE? DOES IT NEED TO BE PLUGGED IN?It requires a constant, reliable grounded plugin that is not shared with any 'energy-suckers' such as a large sound system. It runs off a single standard 110 household plugin like found in any homes or buildings.
-
How big is the photo pop setup? The kiosk itself is only about 2' x 2' and about 6' tall. However, with the backdrop, table for props, moving space, etc, we prefer a space about 8' x 8' or more
-
Can Photopop be used outdoors?Yes, mostly. At nighttime it's not a problem. During the daytime we'll need to be under a tent, overhang, etc to block the sunlight. Obviously we cannot have our booths outdoors in the event of bad weather (rain, snow, extra high winds)
-
How many people can be filmed/photographed in front of Photopop? It depends...up close, maybe 2-3. Farther away you can fit more. 1-6 people produces the best result
-
What do you need to operate? We need a grounded 110 standard outlet that isn't being shared by an energy-sucker appliance or DJ equipment. For best results, we will need clear cellular access so the photos send quickly. If cellular is not available, a venue or location wifi is preferred. If none of these, the photos will send later once the booth is back online or with cellular
-
Why doesn't it produce prints? No, just texts and emails photos to the guests. Check out our other booth options for printout booths
-
I don't have cell service here or wifi...can I still rent Photopop?Yes. But it won't send guests' photos until it is back online or with cellular service
